User Data Deletion Instructions

How to Delete Your Pinpoki Account

We value your right to be forgotten. To delete your account and associated data, please follow these steps:

Option 1: In-App Deletion

1. Log in to your Pinpoki account.

2. Go to Settings > Account Security.

3. Scroll to the bottom and click “Request Account Deletion.”

4. Confirm your request via the email link sent to your registered address.

Option 2: Manual Request (Admin Deletion) If you cannot access your account, please email our Data Protection team at support@pinpoki.com with the subject line “Account Deletion Request.”

What happens to my data? Once confirmed, your account will be deactivated immediately. Your personal data will be purged from our active databases within 30 days, except for information we are legally required to retain for tax or audit purposes (such as transaction records).
